Some Insight Into the Background

From March 2012 the previously known Easy Palace hostels and hotels will boast a new name and appearance. It’s all about the new name Smart Stay: Not only have all buildings been – and are still being – renovated, modernized and revamped in the course of renaming and re-aligning the company, they also offer travelers a unique feeling of homeliness without impacting on the budget in too big a way.

Cost-Effective, Yet Stylish

At Smart Stay guests can enjoy an environment that has been designed with distinguishing features, from the lobby right up to the rooms. The stylish and functional design of the furnishings and fittings, and the well thought-out partitioning of the rooms make for comparatively small rooms (approx. 18 to 24 square meters including bathroom), which in turn results in a wider, more varied range of rooms and increased flexibility when it comes to covering peaks (exhibitions, congresses, etc.). Absolute cleanliness and excellent, international service are a given. As such, Smart Stay stands for uncomplicated accommodation with a homely feel.

More Guest-Oriented

At Smart Stay, priority is given to the requirements and well-being of our guests. While the hostels are equipped with top-quality fittings and furnishings compared to our competition, and attract young travelers conscious of their budgets, as well as groups, the two and three-star hotels provide business travelers and more demanding guests with extra comfort and the convenience of a business infrastructure in a more private ambience.
• Customer-oriented range of services
• Exceptionally friendly service
• Extremely clean
• Accommodation with a modern, stylish, and cozy atmosphere
• Maximum comfort at reasonable prices
• All hostels and hotels centrally located

The New Image

Smart Stay essentially projects the characteristics of an owl. It epitomizes a clever type of accommodation and offers guests a homely “nest”.
The dominant color will in future be a rich night blue, combined with other colors, depending on the category of accommodation: Blue together with a golden yellow glow will represent the hotels, while the blue and bright pink used for the hostels targets the younger generation.
The trunk of the stylized owl is used throughout in the form of decorative elements that will in future appear in all communication media, from letterheads to the orientation system.
